NEW YORK – A spokesman for Naomi Campbell says the model will cooperate with police after her driver accused her of slapping and punching him while he was driving her around New York City. Spokesman Jeff Raymond says there shouldn't be a rush to judgment in Campbell's case. Police say they're considering whether to charge Campbell after her driver told them she became enraged and started to hit him from the back seat Tuesday afternoon.

        Because of vocal public opposition, the public option is not likely to pass in the Senate so Democrats are now calling for an insurance cooperative.
